What is this chin strap designed for?+
It is designed to provide gentle external jaw support as part of a comfortable bedtime routine. It is not a medical device and does not treat or cure snoring, sleep apnea or any other condition.
How should it fit?+
It should feel secure but comfortable. Position it under your chin, fasten it over your head and adjust gradually. Two extenders are included—one for the top and one for the back—to provide more room for adjustment. Do not overtighten.
Can I use it with CPAP?+
Check with your sleep-care professional before using this strap with CPAP. It does not replace prescribed therapy.
When should I stop using it?+
Stop using it if you experience pain, breathing difficulty, skin irritation, numbness or significant discomfort. Seek medical advice for persistent snoring or suspected sleep apnea.
How do I clean it?+
Hand wash gently with mild soap and cool or lukewarm water. Air dry completely before the next use. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from our warehouse in Texas. Standard U.S. shipping is $3.99 (5-7 days), and 2-day express is $13.99. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Holidays, busy periods and carrier delays can affect delivery.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?+
